THE LOCATION

Sparrow Lane Wedding Venue - 5629 S 111th Rd, Willard, MO 65781

Sparrow Lane is a beautiful new venue to the Springfield area that features a white barn with sliding barn doors and an outdoor patio, a idyllic white chapel, and two lovely getting ready cottages. Surrounded by pasture, this is a photographers dream location! We will be utilizing all that this wonderful venue has to offer!

Our winter workshop is a two part workshop: one part education, one part shootout.

The education portion of the workshop will be on January 12, 2021 from 6-8PM CST.

In order to keep everyone healthy and stay within compliance of regulations, the education portion of this workshop will be online…

Which means we are so excited to host our first ONLINE MASTERMIND!

THE EDUCATION MASTERMIND

The online mastermind is included in the all-inclusive ticket price of this workshop. During this online experience, attendees will hear from four speakers who will be speaking live, with topics ranging from branding to marketing.

This mastermind will be held January 12, 2021 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm CST. Speakers will be announced in the coming weeks. This will be a *live* mastermind, meaning that you will be able to chat with and ask questions to our speakers–– no pre-recorded content involved and lots of interaction! Or, if you want to take a more introspective approach, you can turn your camera off and just take notes. It’s up to you how you want to soak this education in! The best part? You can do it in your pajamas with a cup of cocoa in hand!

Speakers:

SHELBY LUNG: Shelby, host of Rêver, is a photographer using her background in business + psychology to educate female business owners. TOPIC: The saturated market mindset + creating your unique value proposition.

STEPHANIE ABBITT: Stephanie is a creative director who specializes in strategy and creation of functional visuals that deeply connects creatives with their ideal client. TOPIC: Building your brand + content that connects;

DANIELLE GASSMANN: A social media guru, Danielle helps service-based entrepreneurs simplify social and reach their ideal clients on IG. TOPIC: Reaching your ideal clients on Instagram: what works, what doesn't.

LAURA EDDY: As a fine art photographer, Laura specializes not only in weddings, but has also grown a successful branding session system for entrepreneurs. TOPIC: How to plan a successful branding session

A (SAFE) SHOOTOUT

The shootout portion of this workshop will be intimate and socially distanced. In order to prioritize everyone's safety, we will be offering THREE SHOOTOUT TIME SLOTS for you to choose from: morning, afternoon, or evening.

Only 8 attendees are allowed per time slot. Attendees will be placed into groups of 2 people and will rotate through 4 shoot sets that will be spaced out throughout the property to create a safe environment for everyone.

Typically, a fully stylized shoot with professional vendors, a venue, floral installations and bouquets, and designer gowns costs on average between $2,000-4,000.

As an entrepreneur, making investments in styled shoots can often lead to amazing networking opportunities, higher profitability, getting published, and producing an elevated portfolio... But, the hours of planning and execution often exceed 100+ hours.

This is why we want to offer the most exquisite styled shoots to you for a fraction of the price and time it would cost you yourself– so that you can have all of those opportunities without losing more of your time, money, and life.

During the styled shoot, attendees will have the chance to shoot a styled engagement session, bridal session, and elopement session. The styled engagement session will include a real couple, and will take place inside the bridal suite on property. The bridal session will include plenty of flowers and a designer gown, and will take place in the gorgeous all white chapel.

The elopement session will include a real bride and groom, a designer dress, a luxurious greenery installation for the ceremony, a beautiful reception tablescape, bridal details, an invitation suite, cake and cocktails, and more. Expect to walk away with a slew of portfolio-worthy content that you can use to market and promote your business all winter long!
